Music by award-winning African-American and Appalachian women composers performed by Constance Green, Sher Harris, Christine de Michele, Peter Kutt, and Aloha Smith. Quilts by Georgia Bonesteel of PBS fame. Monologues by women theologians and educators of the Carolinas by performance poet Noble Julz. A Gullah-Geechee and Lowcountry meal.

Come learn about France’s Galette des Rois and Louisiana’s King’s Cake. Learn the vocabulary for discussing food from the francophone world, how to string words together so you can order or purchase foodstuffs, and make/sample a galette des rois while learning the fascinating story of this Roman-era bread turned Epiphany cake, all this while benefiting our Scholarship Committee.
